We have a special donor, Rock Recovery program graduate Teresa, who is matching all gifts up to $10,000!

The unique pressures facing youth today (social media, cyberbullying, body image comparisons, and more) have contributed to an ongoing youth mental health crisis. The National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD) shares that:

  • 77% of children and adolescents as young as 12 dislike their bodies.
  • Almost 70% of young girls are trying to lose weight by age 14.
  • Studies have reported a 93% increase in eating disorder-related medical visits by youth in the last few years.

Since 2023, Rock Recovery has provided life-changing mental health care to teens and families in our community. In 2026, we plan to replicate our successful Teen Bridge to Life program and launch our first-ever virtual teen therapy group - a need many families in the community have urgently requested. But we can't do this without you!

This GivingTuesday we have a goal to raise $10,000 in 24 hours so that more high school students can access life-saving therapy and a supportive community. Every gift made will be doubled by Rock Recovery program graduate Teresa, as she is matching all gifts made up to $10,000 (for a total impact of $20,000!).

Early intervention is critical and it saves lives - just like it did Teresa's! She came to Rock Recovery just out of her teen years, desperate for help and community. Today she is thriving, enjoying life with her family, and giving back so other teens don’t have to struggle alone (read her full story here).

Will you join the campaign alongside Teresa and make a gift so that no teen has to walk alone through recovery?

Thank you for joining us in celebrating GivingTuesday and supporting Rock Recovery this year so that more teens can find healing in 2026 and beyond!

"Rock [Recovery] didn't just fill a financial gap, it also filled the gaps that previous treatment failed to address. It was only with Rock that I truly began to feel that recovery was a possibility. When I think back on the years that I spent struggling as a teenager...I know without a doubt what a powerful tool Rock would've been. On this GivingTuesday I hope you will join me in supporting Rock as it works to provide that freedom to others who desperately need it and who deserve it beyond all measure." - Teresa, Program Graduate
