This Mental Health Month, you can help us raise $10,000 so that more individuals can access life-changing therapy.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month - a time to bring what’s often hidden into the light. Right now, too many individuals and families are still unable to access the mental health care they need due to cost, limited providers, and insurance barriers.

At Rock Recovery, we believe healing should never be out of reach.

Eating disorders and mental health conditions are serious, complex, and often life-threatening. Moreover, over 70% of people with eating disorders also have other mental health conditions, most commonly anxiety and mood disorders.

Today, the need for Rock Recovery is greater than ever:

  • We now serve 100+ clients every week through therapy services.
  • In the last month alone, we provided 418 individual therapy sessions, 117 group therapy sessions, and 569 total hours of care.
  • Client demand continues to rise, with current inquiries having increased by 23% from this same time last year.

Each month, we hear from people who are ready for help, but unsure if they can afford it. This May, you have the opportunity to give hope for recovery to someone in need of mental health treatment and support.

We have a goal to raise $10,000 by May 31st to provide life-changing scholarships to those who could not afford eating disorder treatment without Rock Recovery's therapy programs.

Thanks to a generous donor, every dollar given will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000 (for a possible total of $20,000). That means your gift goes twice as far, helping more individuals access therapy, find support, and begin their recovery journey.

Mental Health Awareness Month is about more than recognition—it’s about action. Every gift, no matter the size, brings us closer to making mental health care accessible for all!
